This User Generated Content License Agreement ("UGC Agreement") governs the use of content uploaded to Gharna.com. By uploading any content to the Platform, users agree to the terms below.

1. Definition of User Generated Content

User Generated Content (UGC) includes:

  • Property photos.
  • Property videos.
  • Property descriptions.
  • Property floor plans.
  • Property virtual tours.
  • YouTube videos.
  • Any other media uploaded to listings.

2. Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload.

By uploading content to Gharna.com, users grant Gharna a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content.

3. License Granted to Gharna

Users grant Gharna a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

  • Display uploaded content on the website.
  • Promote property listings.
  • Modify or edit content.
  • Use content for marketing purposes.

This includes use on Gharna.com, social media accounts, advertising platforms, and promotional materials.

4. Automated Media Creation

Users agree that listing content may be automatically used to generate promotional media, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media advertisements.

These may be published on Gharna social media pages, video platforms, and marketing campaigns. Users will not receive compensation for such use.

5. YouTube Video Uploads

Users may upload property videos by linking their own YouTube videos or allowing videos to be uploaded to Gharna's YouTube flow where available.

By submitting videos, users confirm they have legal rights to the content.

6. Content Responsibility

Users must ensure content:

  • Does not infringe copyright.
  • Does not violate intellectual property rights.
  • Does not contain illegal material.
  • Accurately represents the property.

7. Removal of Content

Gharna reserves the right to remove content, modify listings, or disable listings if content violates Terms and Conditions, copyright laws, or platform policies.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Gharna harmless from claims arising from copyright violations, unauthorized media use, or misrepresentation of properties.
