Listings must clearly and accurately describe the property.

3. Broker Disclosure

Brokers or agents must clearly disclose that they are acting as intermediaries.

Misrepresenting broker status is prohibited.

4. Photo Authenticity

Listing images must show the actual property and must not be copied without permission or misleading about property condition.

5. Property Location Restrictions

Only properties located in the Republic of India may be listed on Gharna.com.

Listings outside India are prohibited.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Users must comply with property advertising laws, local municipal regulations, and real estate marketing rules.

Gharna may remove listings that appear to violate applicable laws.
