Users must provide accurate information when registering.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for:

• Preventing unauthorized access.
• All activity conducted under their account.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Post fraudulent property listings.
• Misrepresent property ownership.
• Scrape or copy data from the website.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

4. Multiple Listings

Users may post multiple property listings, provided each listing is for a real property and duplicate spam listings are avoided.

Duplicate or spam listings may be removed.

5. Platform Abuse

Users must not harass others, send spam messages, or misuse contact information obtained through listings.

Gharna reserves the right to restrict users who abuse the platform.

6. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent listings, repeated complaints, copyright violations, or other policy violations.
